Is there an easy way to allow for duplicate email addresses for different users?

Example: Three people have seperate logins and passwords into a protected application, however, they all work in the mailroom and share the same e-mail address.

not really.. it is like that for a reason.. to change it would introduce problems.. I mean if you want to edit a lot of code and work it all out it is probably possible..
