Hi Support,

Yesterday one of our programmer tried to create a new zone in ASPBanner version 8.1. Below is a copy of the error code he got. Then that afternoon I tested the ASBanner to see if I could recreate the error our programmer got. Instead I got a different error. The error is also below. If you wish to test the program on our site please use the following URL and login and password below. After testing the program please reply with your solution to everyone listed in this email.

Hi,

the database type value in the config file is invalid.

"MSSQL" is not a valid value… it should just be   "SQL"  there

I am not sure how you got that there... maybe I mistyped something in some older directions.. not sure.. anyway I imagine that should clear up the issue... notice how when you log in the top right says your using an access database.. the system does not think you are using sql those it is using sql statements compatible with access.. thus the errors...

Also, next time you have username/password/site info please PM it seperately.
Not a good idea showing to the public...
