Hello,

I have purchased your product, and I need help installing the program on my server. I know it sounds easy enough, but I must be having a mental block when it comes to installing your product. I am still trying to learn ASP. Could you send me a step by step procedure or point me to link on your website that will help?

P.S. Sorry about all of the emails and no responses, my buddy was sending them to you and putting my name and email on it, without me knowing it...

Hi,

My applications are really meant for those with ASP Experience so if you have little I can see why you would have problems.

Basically you have to do what documentation says and then describe and any problems you come across in detail here. Then I can help you. The more detail the better.

The docs are in html format in the aspbanner/docs folder..

You might also want to download ASPTest from www.cjwsoft.com and see if you can get that working before you tackle something like ASPBanner.
