that is actually not accurate .. it is purely coincidence..
(so please nobody take that as anything you should be worrying about.. this is classic ASP code after all)
when you changed the version of .NET associated with the site you fixed the problem, only because IIS got reset for that site.. then you ran the site via www.metznet.com and therefore the application started and the skins did their thing correctly.
reseting IIS would have accomplished the same thing.. I would have answered sooner but it is the weekend and I didnt get back on the net until now..
