I've run into a slight problem with the ASP Protect package on my ASP code. The time varies, but the sign in page usually reappears after 5-10 minutes, sometimes more frequently, other times not as often. I have the "Session_Timeout" variable set to 40 in the settings. I'm also using the .net protection option as well, but I don't have the issue with a timeout there. Something seems to be resetting itself on the ASP side of my web site.
I'm puzzled as to where to look to try to figure things out. I haven't customized the code at all. I'm on a shared hosting plan so checking the settings for IIS isn't really an option.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I'd have to guess it something with the shared hosting. If you can't go into IIS and check things it's really something you need to take up with them.. maybe tell them your not happy and session are expiring very soon and they should be... and get them to move you to a different server..
Other sites on the server might share the same application pools your site uses.. if they cause an error the application pool resets and so does your site and your sessions...
