I guess you didnt read the notice on the product page. I know 5 people who are colorblind and I let them test it. They had no issues.
Even though my test subjects had no issues I decided to make the input box background match the background of the color the person needs to type in the text from.. so if you wanted to take it one step further you could mention all of that which makes it a complete no brainer since they could easily match the shades. I don't think it is necessary though. My colorblind subjects explained to me that just because they are colorblind does not mean they can not distinguish between basic colors like the ones I used.
If someone is completely blind though I can't help, but most Captcha systems out there dont handle that either. Some provide an audio clip to listen to but mine is not one of them. This is a low priced solution and that is just something it doesn't do. Something like that could be added later on since all you would have to do is create something to create the sound file based on the value of the session variable and then give some a way to listen to it.
In the meantime some people decide to simply provide a phone number for blind people to call when they need help. Usually just for site registration scenarios and usually just big companies bother doing that.

It does not matter if the user is color blind because the form box matches the color and they can tell.

I also made this up if anyone is really worried about this. If you make a link to this I am sure it will ensure that a color blind person has no issues.
Just please don't link to it on my server. Download the image and put it on your own server.
