I have red x's for my thumbnails and no picture preview.  The main ad picture shows up and it does change when you click the red x's.

Please advise.

I looked and based on the settings you are using in the configuration I dont know why it is doing that.

You have something unique going on that causes it to not work as intended. The same code is working as expected here when I test it.


I have two options for you to fix it..

Go into the source code and replace every instance of "_thumb" with ""
so you're replacing it with a blank value..

Using a program like "Auto Replace" it's a no-brainer and takes about 2 minutes to do..

If you are not able to that PM your site access info and I will take care of it for you..

That will fix the issue for sure...
