Hi,
I installed AspProtect perfectly, and it was working great....
But now for some reason, I am getting these errors which are all related to being "out of memory"...
Thanks for the help.

In 10 years of doing this I just have never seen that error before. I googled it and info on causes and solutions are pretty scarce.
I need more information.. lots more
Info on the server ? Version/ OS etc etc
Info on the database being used ?
Info on how long system ran fine ?
Info on how many users in database ?
Info on whether system works fine on its own.. meaning an umodified fresh installation ? Maybe some files got corrupted in your existing setup?
Version of MDAC/ODBC drivers installed ?
I would also like to see your connection string.
