Chris:

I am using ASPProtect v7.  I have a client that likes to "attach" fliers to emails. The version-7 I am using has an "image upload" but not a "file upload" zip-button like this support-forum email form has.  Is it possible to add that "file upload" button to my version-7?

A image of my v7 email form is included (you can see there is only an "image upload" button and no "file upload" button:

Thanks,

Don Poss

Anything is possible...

But you'll have to be extremely good with Server Side and Client side code to pull that one off. Meaning you have to edit the code to do such a thing.

I dont know about you but I am terrible with client side code (javascript). That WYSIWYG editor used there is free code that I didn't even write. I am allowed to use it but I can't modify it as I don't have the know how.

I know the forum allows you to upload images but again I didn't write the forum code. I have looked over how they do it and it is extremely complex stuff. The guy that writes the forum software is a lot better coder than I am as he has extensive knowledge of client side code.

I'll tell the guy he is better off clicking on the email link and sending off a email directly from his email client cause what you asking about just isn;t going to happen unless some bad ass coder spends some serious time working on it all.
