If you are talking about the screen the admin sees when he 1st logs in I would rate it a 2 out of 5 on difficulty

If you are decent with asp and undertsand html.. can edit in notepad and use some common sense by looking at what is already there its a piece of cake..

if you can't then you won't be able to do it..
