I've encountered a curious behavior in a new install of ASP Protect. I have one licensed version running using sql server and it works like a dream. I have a newer licensed version that I am deploying for a site with much more modest user base. I have configured it tio use Access(though I don't know that this has anything to do wioth the problem).

Everything appears to work as expected (and very well), except....

On the passowrd_admin/default.asp page when you are in the users panel, the links at the bottom to change pages don't work. If you have it set to show twenty users and want to see the next twenty, clicking the link just causes the browser to grind and grind and nothing ever happens. One can see the parameters of the sql query that have been sent to the page in the status bar of the browser, but it never goes anywhere.

?? Any ideas.

(What I've had to temporarily do is go in the settings area and set the page to show 200 users so I never have to change "pages."

The server uses IIS6.0

ConnectionString = DBQ=c:\websites\123946Gm3\database
\ASPProtect_access2002.mdb;Driver={Microsoft Access Driver
(*.mdb)};UID=Admin;Password=temp
DatabaseType = MSACCESS

Using Access 2002 as came with app.

Thanks

I've never heard of this issue before...

my only ideas are

to try all the different versions of the access database
http://support.cjwsoft.com/code/moreinfo164-1.htm

That and it is possible that permissions on the database folder may be missing something causing most things to work but some to not.. ??  Hard to explain but has happened before...  Permissions must be set exactly as follows
http://support.cjwsoft.com/code/moreinfo136-1.htm

Lastly.. MDAC/ODBC drivers on the servers may not be up to date?
