I have the full version of ASPpProtect 7 and I am trying to import users but the page. I am getting an error:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0034'
Bad file name or number
/aspprotect/password_admin/export.asp, line 78
any ideas?

hello,
I really dont know. I need more information. Please be more detailed. I need to know every step of everything your doing and also an exmple of the text file your trying to import.
It soumds like some sort of path issue? Like the path you used in the settings is not just right ? or something of that nature ?

simply put the Import/Export page isn't displaying. The tables that contain all of the export content has nothing in it, here is a screenshot.

I am assuming that I put the right path in the settings. It is the path to the export.asp, right?

ok, ya it's permissions or you're using an invalid path for the logfile location in the settings.
It's one or the other..
The path need to be valid.. the permissions for that folder need to be the same permissions the folder the database is in

No, that is incorrect
The path needs to the be the path to the location where the logifles directory is on the server. Or some place with permissions you want to use. Its up to you, but what you did is not correct giving it the path to the export.asp page ??

here is an EXAMPLE of a valid path.
C:\Inetpub\virtuals\aspprotect.com\Web\demo_v7\data\logfiles
Course the directory location on your server will probably be different.
