Hello, we use ASP Protect to manage our users and protected Sites. We have the following problem: If a user registers he should get an email (manual authorization mode, It also does not work by autom. authorization mode). The ASP Script tells the user that the email has been successfully sent - but it never arrives. I already discussed this problem with our US-provider. According to them I configured the ASP correctly (mail server/smtp server, method CDOSYS or CDONTS) and they confirmed that the emails I am searching for are already in the postoffice box at the provider. They suppose that it has to be a problem of the encryption and told me to turn off the encrypting just for testing. Can you tell me how I can do this temporarily ? Thank you, Regards, Norman.

I really dont know what encryption your talking about. There is no encryption that has anything to with emailing.
