Here is my questions.

First let me say I really love this product. I am having two issues with my banners.

1. My flash banner is working fine until you click on the link. it redirects you to the website but dose not open in a new window. It opens in the banner window only. I have tried a few thing to correct this issue with no luck.

2. The second banner (Non- Flash )on the home page also works fine except when you click that banner it opens in a new window but redirects you to my home page not my advitisers home page.

OK ..... Here is the details.

Runnung two Home page banner ad for the same advertiser. One is a Flash banner they produced. the second is a image banner we produced.

We want to rotate them on our home page. They work fine except for the redirect linking. The Flash banner redirects to the advertisers website but stays inside the banner? does not open in new window.

The image banner also posted fine but when you click the banner it redirects you to our home page not the advertisers website.

I have it set to open in new window?

Because you're using an iframe to display the flash banner you need to set the target frame when creating and saving the flash banner.. it's something you do in flash, not in aspbanner.. flash controls the click and where it goes.. aspbanner cannot.. that flash banner has a click spot on it that opens in the same browser window so naturally if it's in an iframe it's going stay in the iframe when clicked on..

the other possible solution is use something other than the iframe method to display the banner..

as for the image banner, again, I need more information on how it is setup.. there are a ton of details you're leaving out.. I need to know everything about how you set up that banner in the system.. (that means you type out all it's settings or take a screenshot) as well as what banner dispaying method you are using with aspbanner
