I have the following problem:

Loggin in into the account from a PC
LOG OFF active

Now I turn to another PC:

try to login with the same user
get the message:

The Username '...' is currently accessing this website using a different IP address. Concurrent logins are not allowed.

So I am not able to login from another PC even if I have done a correct Log out before? What is wrong here? Please help!!

you not only need to logoff but you need to close all browser windows.. all of them..

if you leave even one browser window open even at anpther site cookies will persist and what not..

So try that.. log off.. close all instances of whatever browser your using..

If that does not work I need a lot more info... on exactly what you are doing, where the site is located, where you are located, the external internet ip addresses of all computers involved.. browsers being used.. etc etc etc etc etc

Been done this road before.. the feature works and works well but often new users try to test it under non-real world situations and think there are problems when there are not.. I'm guessing that's the case because truthfully the feature works very well..

For example if it's on a local computer setup there really is no sense testing the feature... the app needs to be installed on a real server live on the net.. with guest using the system from all over.. for that to all work as you would expect..
