I'am having troble in setting the system up for the first time.

It look like than I can not run the setup_info file and am getting this error:

-------

You have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be executed.
------------------------------------------------------------ --------------------

Please try the following:

Contact the Web site administrator if you believe this directory should allow execute access.
HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

------------------------------------------------------------ --------------------

Technical Information (for support personnel)

Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 403.
Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled Configuring ISAPI Extensions, Configuring CGI Applications, Securing Your Site with Web Site Permissions, and About Custom Error Messages.
In the IIS Software Development Kit (SDK) or at the MSDN Online Library, search for topics titled Developing ISAPI Extensions, ISAPI and CGI, and Debugging ISAPI Extensions and Filters.

--------------

Is there a way in not using the first-time-setup file?

Looking forward to see a solution.

You don't really need to run that file to set up the application. It's just there to help you. Just edit the dataconn_inc.asp file with the correct database path info.

If the path is valid and the database folder has valid permissions that will be enough to get the application running.

You'll still need to copy the password encryption key and then run get_me_in.asp to initially get in... see the instructions as all that will be the same.

Oh, when in the config_inc.asp file it wouldn't hurt to slightly modify the two encryption codes (so they are unique to you).. just adding or changing one character is enough.. do this before you do anything else though and once you change them never change ghem again
