As a result of registering, a user is sent a system generated email. How can I modify this email with specific instructions that I want him/her to follow when using my application.

I'll assume you're still dealing with paypal subscription signups..

"paypal_sub_signup/add_new_account.asp" must be CAREFULLY edited with a text editor..

It's asp code.. you must be very careful when you edit the text there. Back it up before you make changes and test after each change.
