I'm having some strange problems when click on a thumbnail.

I receive a HTTP 1.1/500 Server Error. Now, when I log into the admin page nd view the thumbnails it comes up fine. THEN if I go back to the website and click on the thumbnail it works fine after. Eventually it stops again. So, why is it that I have to go to the admin page first?

I've tried moving servers, application pools, etc. with zero improvements.
